Is your menu vegan or vegetarian friendly?

Yes, we can accommodate requests for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meals with 24 hours advance notice.

Does the Old Lāhainā Lūʻau show have the Fire Knife dance presentation?

We pride ourselves as presenting an authentic Hawaiian luau experience through our food and entertainment. Since the fire knife dance is a cultural dance of the South Pacific Island of Samoa, it is not presented at the Old Lāhainā Lūʻau. Is the lūʻau buffet style?

Due to current COVID restrictions, we are unable to provide a traditional Hawaiian luau buffet style. Instead, we are providing a 5-course dinner which you can view on our menu.

Is the lūʻau wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely, just let us know you have a guest in a wheelchair ahead of time and we will put you in easy access seats to enjoy the most authentic lūʻau in Maui.

Where do I park? 

Come 15-30 minutes early to park right by the entrance or our friendly attendants will send you to additional free parking across the street by the best lūʻau in Maui.

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a full refund, cancellations for parties of 14 or less, must be called in to us with at least 24-hours notice, prior to the scheduled Lu’au date. We do not accept any email requests to cancel or change a reservation. Cancellations within the 24-hours and/or “no- shows”, are considered non-refundable and full charges apply. Cancellation policy varies for parties of 15 or more; please call our Sales Department for further details.

What COVID precautions are you currently taking?

We have enhanced the presentation of our culture, through food, hospitality and entertainment by implementing new health and safety protocols that exceed our already strict standards. You can see a detailed list of current safety measures.
