No, advance reservations are required. If your date is full, you can join our online waitlist. Joining the waitlist is not a confirmed reservation, and seats are not guaranteed. Our sales agent will call to offer seats if they become available and must speak with you directly, so please call us back as soon as possible if you miss our text or call. A credit card is required to join the waitlist, but payment is not required until your seats are confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy?

For parties of 14 or fewer, please call us at least 24 hours before your lūʻau date for a full refund. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes by email. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable, and full charges apply. For parties of 15 or more, please call our Sales Department for details.

Seating & Experience

What is the seating like?

Sit one of two ways—at a dining table on chairs, or seated in the first level around the stage, where you’ll sit cross-legged on cushions and dine from a low-set table. Each table fits up to eight (8) lūʻau guests and will be shared, depending on your party size. Guests may choose from our Traditional Hawaiian Mat seating (dining on a low table, seated cross-legged on cushions – No back support) – (No outside chairs, car seats, or strollers allowed), or our regular Conventional Tables and Chairs. Please confirm your preferred seating style at the time of reservation, as we will not be able to move your seating style on the night of the lu‘au. Please let us know of any special considerations such as infants, wheelchair, scooters, etc.

Can I bring my baby or toddler?

Yes. Infants 2 and under, not occupying a seat, attend at no charge. Please include them in your party when you book and let us know about any special considerations. Outside chairs, car seats, and strollers are not allowed in the Traditional Mat section.

What should I wear?

Whatever is most comfortable, but most women wear sundresses, and most men wear shorts and an aloha shirt. Please wear sturdy shoes, no high heels or you’ll get stuck in the grass!
