Seating:
All seats are reserved at the time of confirming a reservation and prioritized by the date a reservation is made, in order of confirmation.
We offer (2) two types of seating:
– Traditional Hawaiian Mat seating: Guests dining on a low table, seated cross-legged on cushions – (No back support).
– Conventional Table and Chairs: Guests dine off of a dining table with individual chairs.
Please confirm your preferred seating style at the time of reservation, as it is difficult to change your seating style at a later time.
Please let us know of any special considerations such as infants, wheelchair, etc.
All tables typically accommodate 8-9 guests per table. If your party does not fill up the entire table, there will be other Lu’au guests that join your party.
Cancellations:
For parties 14 or less, cancellations or changes to your reservation must be called in to (808) 667-1998 or Toll Free at 1-800-248-5828. Cancellations after 10:00am and/or “No Shows” are considered non-refundable and full charges apply. Cancellation policies vary for groups 15 or more; please call our Saels Department for further details. We do not accept any email requests to cancel or change a reservation.
Parking:
Free parking is available on-site at the lu’au with an overflow parking lot across the street at the Lahaina Cannery Mall. Old Lahaina Lu’au does not provide transportation.

By Maui County Law we are a non-smoking facility. You must be 21 years or older with a valid ID to consume alcohol. Valid ID must be presented upon request.
